As a non-profit organization dedicated to helping babies in need, we are constantly amazed and grateful for the generosity of our community. We would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful knitters at Willandra Village in Cromer and the lovely ladies at the Belrose Country Club.

Over the years, the ladies at Belrose Country Club have supplied us with the most fabulous baby knits, including some pieces from the talented and lovely 101-year-old Norma. And now, in addition to our beloved baby knits from Belrose, we are thrilled to also receive knitted vests from the ladies at Willandra Village.

Back in 2004, while working with the Kiriwinan translation team in Australia to help translate the Bible, The Late Nelson Toposona (left), Lepani Ahab – our CFK on-island manager (standing), and Daniel Fellows (right) made a new friend. The three of them posed for a photo with Jack, the kookaburra, who is known as the national bird of Australia. The photo captures a moment of friendship and adventure that surely left lasting memories for everyone involved.
